We have 2 bedroom 1 baths starting at 570.00-725.00 per month, 2 bedroom 1.5 baths starting $625.00-800.00 available. The rent includes Cable TV(over 75 channels with 4 HBO’s & 5 ESPN’s) and High Speed Internet and trash pick-up. We also now have a laundry facility and fitness center on site!

Your application will be emailed directly to me and I can give you a call when I receive it. I will then call you and you may pay the $30.00 application fee over the phone for me to process the application and get you approved. I will call you as soon as I run the credit and criminal background. You may then pay the deposit so we can hold an apartment for any move-in date you need.
If your credit score is 800 or above we can waive your $200.00 Security Deposit. The holding fee would then be $100.00 and than will be credited towards your first months rent.
{Pets are welcome with a $300.00 nonrefundable pet fee that may be paid over 6 months @ $50.00 per month}
Washer and Dryer rental are available for $50.00 a month per set.
Six month lease is an additional $50.00 per month and 3 month lease is an additional $100.00 per month.
